WARRANTY INFORMATION
A one year labor warranty is provided on all new duct systems, and in addition to manufacture warranty with the installation of package units, complete split units, and mini-splits. Labor warranty does not cover damage from external sources such as lightning, fire, floods, or natural disasters.
RHEEM
Rheem units come with an exceptional ten year Limited Parts Warranty for residential properties, and five year Limited Parts Warranty for commercial properties with registration! In addition manufacturer will furnish a replacement factory standard heat exchanger should the original fail within the warranty period. Some restrictions apply, see full details below!
THERMAL ZONE
Thermal Zone units come with a ten year Limited Parts Warranty for owner occupied, primary residences with registration. If the heat exchanger fails within the warranty period, Thermal Zone will provide a replacement unit. Some restrictions apply, see full details to find out if you qualify!
